I Tried to Make a Salad šŸ‘€ - Delicious Recipe for STEAK

I actually tried a plant-based diet one time but every time I walked by the meat section in the grocery store all I heard was

MOOOOO, EAT ME, MOOOOO šŸ„


I took that as a sign that steak belonged in my diet.


What’s your favorite way to cook up a steak??? We have grilled them, put them in the air fryer, seared them on the stove top and finished them off in the oven.

Most recently, we used the stove top method. The finished product was scrumptious!!! Wanna try it out? See the recipe below



Serving Size: 2 Steaks


Ingredients

Steak - Cut of your choice

Dry Spices: Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Salt And Pepper

4 Tablespoons - Butter

2Tablespoon - Minced Garlic

8 Tablespoons Allegro Marinade - Hickory Smoke


Utensils

Cast iron skillet or any pan that is oven safe

Tongs


Directions

  1. Lay your steaks out 30 minutes prior to cooking in order for them to come to room temperature.

  2. Sprinkle your dry spices onto your steaks. After all spices are added, take the back side of a fork and press down serval times all over the steak's surface. This helps the seasoning get into the crevices of the meat.

  3. Add your marinade to the meat and let it soak in while the steaks are coming to room temperature.

  4. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.

  5. While the oven is pre-heating, take your cast iron skillet and melt the butter. Add the garlic and sautƩ it over medium-high heat.

  6. Once the pan is hot, add your steaks. You will want to sear them on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. (use tongs to flip if you have them)

  7. After the steaks are seared, take your oven safe skillet and put into the oven.

  8. Cook for 10 minutes in the 425 degree oven - flipping halfway through.!

  9. Plate and ENJOY <3
